The HITROLE Founder Diagnostic™ is a fixed-scope professional services engagement.

Due to the nature of this engagement, all payments are non-refundable once the diagnostic kickoff has occurred and work has begun.

If a client elects to cancel prior to the scheduled kickoff call, a full refund will be issued.

No refunds are provided after delivery of intake materials, analysis, or diagnostic work, regardless of outcome or implementation decisions.
